Meet the Riverside Team Behind Penhallow Remodeling Riverside
When you call Penhallow Remodeling Riverside, the person who picks up the phone works here. The crew that walks through your door in Riverside lives in Inland Southern California, knows the difference between a 1920s Wood Streets bungalow and a tract home in Orangecrest, and has probably spent the week working on kitchens and bathrooms in your neighborhood. They’re background-checked, they show up in uniform, and they answer to one person: Trevor Nash. He signs the written price before any work starts, and he’s the one who comes back if something isn’t done right. This is who you’re hiring.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People

Miguel R., Lead Technician
Miguel has been setting cabinets and hanging sheetrock for 22 years, the last 9 of them in Riverside kitchens and bathrooms. He’s the guy you want when a wall in a Canyon Crest home turns out to be 1.5 inches out of square and the cabinet line has a half-inch tolerance. He is a certified installer for KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry, which matters when a manufacturer warranty claim depends on installation procedure. Off the clock, Miguel rebuilds vintage motorcycles, which he says is basically kitchen remodeling with louder mistakes.
Dana W., Senior Installer
Dana handles tile, flooring, and the kind of detail work that separates a remodel that photographs well from one that still looks right five years later. She’s been in the trade for 16 years and has done everything from full master bath tear-outs in Mission Grove to fireplace surrounds in the Wood Streets. Her specialty is cement board substrate, which is the moisture-resistant layer behind your tile, and she will tell you why skipping it in a Riverside bathroom is a bad idea given our hard water and summer humidity. Dana keeps a small sketchbook of tile patterns she’s installed, and she’ll happily show you page thirty-seven if you ask.
Luis F., Service Coordinator
Luis is usually the first voice you hear. He schedules every job, confirms arrival windows, and keeps the calendar honest, which means he’s the reason a crew shows up when we said they would. He’s been with Penhallow for 6 years and before that spent 8 years in construction supply, so when you tell him your vanity drain is in the wrong spot, he knows exactly what that means for the timeline. Luis grew up in Riverside’s Eastside and still finds it strange that people from other cities don’t say “the 91” the way locals do. He handles the 24/7 phone line rotation, so if you call at 11pm with a question, you might get him and a very patient explanation.
Jordan P., Apprentice
Jordan is two years into the trade and on every job with a senior installer. You’ll see him taping off doorways, managing dust control, and fetching exactly the right Toto rough-in valve from the truck. He’s also the one who runs a magnet over the work area at the end of each day so no stray nails end up in a toddler’s foot or a car tire. He’s studying for his general contractor exam and practices reading blueprints on his lunch break. If you hear someone in your kitchen quietly muttering measurements to himself, that’s Jordan.
One Standard, Every Job
Penhallow Remodeling Riverside is independently owned and operated, but it runs on a standard that predates all of us: The Kingswell Way, in place since 2004. Say the price before the work. Show up in the window we gave. Leave the place cleaner than we found it. That’s not a poster in the office; it’s how Trevor runs every project, and it’s what the crew gets measured against. Written price before any work starts, a written guarantee on every job, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise that says if the work fails inside a year, we come back and fix it at no charge. If a repair fails, the return visit is free. No service call, no re-inspection fee. That promise only works if the people doing the work care enough to stand behind it, and that’s the team we’ve built here in Riverside.
